PriorityAAccess is the name for a group of privileges and services at the airport available exclusively for Customers traveling in First or Business Class, AAdvantage Executive Platinum® members, AAdvantage Platinum® members, and AAdvantage Gold® members, AAirpass® travelers, customers traveling on a full-fare Economy Class ticket booked in Y, and oneworld® Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby members. The benefits include the option to check in at First or Business Class counters, the use of exclusive security screening lanes where available, and designated PriorityAAccess boarding lanes at the gate.
You will see "PriorityAAccess" printed on your boarding pass. Customers traveling in First Class or Business Class will see the associated cabin printed on their boarding pass. AAdvantage Executive Platinum and AAdvantage Platinum members will see their elite status level printed on their boarding pass.
Special PriorityAAccess lanes at check-in counters and gates will be available at most major airport locations such as london Heathrow, JFK, LAX and Hong Kong. However, it will not be offered at American Eagle® stations where no American Airlines aircraft operate. In addition, these benefits will not be available for travel on codeshare flights booked with an AA flight number but operated by another airline. Exclusive lanes at security checkpoints are available, subject to TSA approval.
