Washington D.C.: Air Canada and Air Canada Express (operated by Jazz only) serve two airports in the capital region: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport DCA and Baltimore BWI, with up to 28 non-stop flights per day to and from three Canadian cities: Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

New York: Air Canada, Jazz and its commercial partners serve two airports in the metropolitan New York area: La Guardia and Newark, plus Albany, Syracuse and Rochester, with up to 76 non-stop flights per day to and from five Canadian cities: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal.


Centralized in a single terminal, Air Canada's Toronto hub is the most convenient gateway to and from the U.S., offering multiple connection options for passengers travelling anywhere in our global network. Our strategy is to leverage our Toronto hub to make it a global transfer point for domestic, transborder and international travellers.
On August 19, 2009, Montréal-Trudeau International Airport inaugurated a new sector for transborder departures to the United States. The new facilities are larger and more customer-friendly, and provide Air Canada travellers with a smoother connecting security clearance experience.
New interiors on all aircraft feature new seats with industry-leading seat-back personal entertainment systems that provide hundreds of hours of movies, TV programming and music on demand, including prior to take-off and while landing, Standard 110V electrical outlets and USB ports are available at arm’s reach for all customers.

Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft have nine seats in Executive Class offering 38 inches of legroom. In the Economy cabin the E175 has 64 seats with up to 34 inches of legroom, while the larger Embraer E190 has 84 seats offering 33 inches of legroom. The jets have generous overhead bins, wide aisles and no middle seats.

Air Canada offers Concierge Service exclusively to Aeroplan Super Elite members and Executive First customers at three U.S. airports: New York-La Guardia, Chicago and Los Angeles.
