Non stop flights from miami to rio de janeiro

Brazilian airline TAM has launched direct daily flight from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Miami, US, effective September 19, 2008.

The airline will operate the flight using Boeing 767-300 aircraft configured for business and economy classes, with a capacity of up to 205 passengers. This will be TAM's fourth daily flight to Miami and the only one without connections or stops from Rio de Janeiro.

At present there are two daily flights from SEuo Paulo (Guarulhos airport) to Miami, and on Sundays, one of them makes a stop in Salvador (Bahia state), both on the way to Miami and on the flight back. In addition to this, there is the daily flight from Manaus (Amazonas state) to Miami. All flights make connections with incoming and outgoing flights.

American will fly between New York and Rio de Janeiro using 225-seat Boeing 767-300 aircraft, which accommodate 30 Business Class and 195 Economy Class passengers. American will offer convenient connections to Rio de Janeiro via New York JFK for a number of major U.S. cities, including Boston, Washington, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Raleigh/Durham.

Between Miami and Brasilia, American will fly 182-seat Boeing 757 aircraft that accommodate 16 Business Class and 166 Economy Cabin passengers.
